About the Position:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns that have generated results. They will also be a creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of the agricultural industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales
- Manage and oversee all aspects of our marketing activities, including digital marketing, social media marketing, content marketing, public relations, and event marketing
- Create and manage our marketing budget
- Track and measure the results of our marketing campaigns and make adjustments as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies
Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing management
- Proficient in SCO, graphic designing, Ad posting, digital marketing and physical marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
