This is the Manyu ( Bayangi) tradition where you get initiated into EGPE In other to become a SESEKOU. This man you see holding the stick is actually performing some spiritual duties for him to be handed the Certificate as a SESEKOU. You might ask a question that are they really handing over Certificate in order to be part of a tradition? (YES) in Bayangi land, EGPE hands over Certificate to accepted SESEKOU and this is because this tradition is widely regarded as part of the law enforcement system in Manyu land that even the S,D,O of Manyu recognizes. They have the power to judge a matter and if they gets a victim, they pass their judgment and this judgment is always that they ask victims to pay an amount of drinks ( it can be 10creks, 20creks) I depends on the offense. To obtain a SESEKOU title, it comes with a lot of demands. SESEKOU title comes from families, that one person in that family must answer to it. When you get accepted to be that person, there is a due you pay and this due comes with the food you will prepare, the drinks you give to the MBPE community and some other things which might cost about 3m, 5m or even more within the days of your coronation, all the EGPE members are to spend about 7days in the forest to look for the EGPE tiger which is In that big box as seen in the video. At the top of the the tiger, a little boy seat on it.

How successful families train their children to understand money early.
At age 5, give your child a small job.
Instead of asking them to do chores for free, pay them for it. For example:
Cleaning their room, washing dishes, simple house tasks. Pay them $5 (about 2500 FCFA) per week.
Now comes the real lesson.
Teach them to divide the money into three envelopes:
1. Giving Envelope – $1 (500 FCFA)
At the end of the month they must give it away.
This teaches generosity and compassion.
2. Spending Envelope – $2 (1000 FCFA)
They can spend it on anything they want.
Never judge their choice.
This teaches freedom and decision making.
3. Investment Envelope – $2 (1000 FCFA)
This is where the magic happens.
Every week you add $1 from your own pocket.
Their $2 becomes $3.
The lesson: money can grow.
By age 10, that child will not only know how to earn money, but also how to: give it, enjoy it, multiply it
Sadly, many adults still struggle with these principles at 40.

“Cameroonian women are definitely the strongest in the world. Back home, I compete against different nationalities, and it’s always an easy win for me. But here, I found myself struggling while watching Cameroonian ladies fly past me like jets.
I recommend that they sign up for international competitions. We have the Zugspitze mountain in Germany, it’s just 9,718 feet, far below Mount Cameroon. I’m sure they would find it easy there too.
