We are honored to welcome Ngueda Tafo Ivan Junior, an outgoing student from the Department of Food Science and Technology at the University of Buea’s Faculty of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. Ivan is the founder of Health Tips Hub, dedicated to spreading health education.

He recently completed a research project exploring the nutritional and chemical effects of substituting wheat with cassava flour and cassava paste in doughnuts, highlighting his commitment to innovative and sustainable food science. Passionate about improving food security and nutrition in local communities, Ivan is devoted to developing food processing solutions that promote healthier diets. His expertise makes him an ideal speaker to guide students interested in agricultural sciences and nutrition.
