In the Chinese tradition, with virtual fireworks, we celebrate the start of a new lunar cycle with the Fire Horse, which invites us to begin it with the energy of speed, passion, independence, and action.
These are characteristics shared by our celebrated guest of honor: Escrito con Tiza, the Chilean publishing house nominated for the BOP – Bologna Prize for the Best Children’s Publisher of the Year, representing the geographical area of the Caribbean, Central and South America.

Fiction and non-fiction books with great artistic sensibility… and also humor. We invite you to explore their catalogue, enter the reserved area of the Bologna Children’s Book Fair website, and vote for them as the next Best Children’s Publisher of the Year.
Voting is open until Monday, March 16, 2026.
We also celebrate the 14 books from our represented publishing houses acknowledged by the Cuatrogatos Foundation, an organization dedicated to promoting and encouraging the reading of high-quality books created by Ibero-American writers and illustrators.
For this edition, 1,602 books submitted by 201 publishing houses from 16 countries, as well as self-published titles, were considered.
