TigerTraining brings you to this essence. Joyfully and playfully we exlore a very fundamental source: Your own depth, that also is insight and fullness. Your stillness, that also is beauty. Your naked being, that also means freedom and strength. Meditation, yoga, state of the art reflection methods, trips into nature, music, dance and sharing stories around the camp fire are all part of this journey. All that nestled in a wonderful landscape and accompanied by a tribe of inspiring soulfriends.

Surprises every day about how the simplest poses held for at least 10 minutes are really the most gentle, powerful, and restorative for any kind of body. No more 'studio' yoga -- go into Nature and use the support of beautiful tree roots, or a rock, a wall, a big pillow, or even the bottom of the pool : )
Retreating in the rain forest of Ecuador, exploring the secrets of the plants, learning from the shamans, dancing with sunrays, showering in warm and heavy raindrops. Reconnecting to my body wisdom and our inherent and ever present intuition. Looking forward to share all this beauty and wisdom.
