• AT THE BURNING CORE OF HUMAN EXISTENCE •

This is an ode about rediscovering the joy of black inks on paper - the imprecisions, the smudgings, the not at all straight lines, the endless black spots to color, and every hour spent in the process.
This is a chant of defiance and challenge in the face of a world that seems to choose the easiest, fastest - and yet the often most stupid - way of doing things nowadays (YES, i am also talking about AI-generated images, of course).
This is an hymn to the evergoing fires burning still - words, actions, music, art - into the darkest night.

Don't get me wrong, I love doing my artworks on digital - with the poor tablet pen forced to dot and dot and dot with no end, and the plate layering too many levels to be told - but black inks on paper are one of my oldest loves, so it's always a pleasure finding time for them.

Happy Workers Day.....To whom still has a job - and to the ones who lost it..To whom struggles in the dripping hours of a shift - and to the ones who lost their position for capricious, volatile reasons..To whom finally found a workplace they love and deserve - and to the ones trapped in a suffocating cage..To whom fights every day for a better pay, equal treatment, decent conditions - and to the ones who struggle for barely surviving a day
To whom builds a career or a business sweaty brick after sweaty brick - and to the ones simply turning to a lesser evil just to move on..To whom has busy hands into soil and lifeblood, to whom crafts visions with art - and to the ones who do everything else to make nowadays world run..To whom chooses to work for building a better, safer world - and to the ones who didn't even have a chance to choose ..To whom finally entering into retirement - and to the ones forced to work too young or too old...To every one else exploiting society and world: We are coming for you.

Work is a matter of the current system we breathe in - and so it seem to be all about run, being productive, consume and start again, in the end.
But it's not.
Let's rise heads and see we can step away from it, together - let's shake heads, cross arms and refuse to bow to that logorating cycle. Let's break the yoke.
Let's wait dawn with torches high - and TRESPASSER on nice volume on, possibly.
