the nervous system though touch wasn't enough. My clients were feeling better, but I felt like something was missing. The “body part” was there, but without a framework to understand and be with the emotions that arose, it felt like an uphill battle. Through reconnecting to self energy, the changes were sustained. I have taken what I learned in my Feldenkrais training and practice, alongside my deeper personal studies, to create a deeply integrative somatic-based offer. I have learned about both Feldenkrais and IFS in 6 countries... I have very open-minded approach and have learned how to span cultural barriers in my work. I generally practice in English but don't let language be a barrier. I speak intermediate High German and anyway, I find much of the work takes place without spoken words.
