Unveiled Embodiment

Took my dancing to a new level at Deep Space Disco in Calgary. It was my first electronic dance music event and it was so much fun!

Forgot to post this one last week…

Day 7 of our Dance Devotion is our time to celebrate!

Celebrating what I’ve danced through, danced with, and danced into.

Letting go of not looking perfect, realizing my dancing can be super awkward, and celebrating the heck out of it because it makes me FEEL SO DAMN GOOD! 😄

And we should all do more of what makes us feel good.

Dance Alchemy works with 5 Healing Elements.

On Day 2 of our Dance Devotion, we are moving with the Earth element.

We begin every Dance Alchemy class by grounding ourselves. Letting ourselves be supported by the Earth and connecting into our bodies.

Through the breath and soft, gentle movements, we allow our bodies to begin to move.

Whether sitting, standing, or lying down, we are rooting into the Earth and allowing the sense of safety that comes from it to create trust within our bodies. 🙏
