What are Menstrual Cramps?
Menstrual cramps are pains in a woman's lower abdomen that occur when her menstrual period begins (or just before) and may continue for two to three days.
Pain that is only associated with the process of menstruation is known as primary dysmenorrhea.
If the cramping pain is due to an identifiable medical problem such as endometriosis, uterine fibroids, or pelvic inflammatory disease, it is called secondary dysmenorrhea.
Treating the cause is key to reducing the such pain. Menstrual cramps that aren't caused by another condition tend to lessen with age and often improve after giving birth but that might be a long time of pain to wait for, why not treat it.
They may be throbbing or aching and can be dull or sharp. Symptoms can range in severity from a mild annoyance to severe pain that interferes with normal activities.
Symptoms of Menstrual Pain
In addition to cramps in the lower abdomen, a woman may also experience some of these symptoms with menstrual cramps:
Lower back pain
Leg pain, radiating down the legs
Nausea
Vomiting
Diarrhea
Headaches
Irritability
Weakness
Fainting spells (in extreme cases)
Menstrual cramps are the leading cause of absenteeism in women younger than 30. Although over half of women who have menstrual periods experience some discomfort, 10% are temporarily disabled by symptoms.
The following circumstances may make a woman more likely to experience menstrual cramps:
She started her first period at an early age (younger than 11 years).
Her menstrual periods are heavy.
She is overweight or obese.
She smokes ci******es or uses alcohol.
She has never been pregnant.
Causes of Menstrual Pain
Approximately once every 28 days, if there is no s***m to fertilize the egg, the uterus contracts to expel its lining.
Hormone-like substances called prostaglandins trigger this process.
Prostaglandins are chemicals that form in the lining of the uterus during menstruation. They cause muscle contractions and cramps that are similar to labor pains. They also contribute to nausea and diarrhea and headaches that accompany painful periods.
Women who have high levels of prostaglandin may experience more intense contractions of their uterus and more pain. High levels of prostaglandins are produced in response to injury or infection and cause inflammation, which is associated to pains and fever (vomiting and nausea). This is an important part of the body’s normal healing process.
However, this natural response can sometimes lead to excess and chronic production of prostaglandins. This excess causes unwanted inflammation leading to menstrual cramps and heavy menstrual flow.
Glutathione and prostaglandin
When the body is injured or in pains or infected (or inflammation occurs in any area of the body), cyclooxygenase-2 is activated to produces extra prostaglandins which help the body to respond to the injury. And this extra sometimes lead to excess which is responsible for the menstrual cramps.
Antioxidants like Glutathione is Anti-inflammatory that works by blocking the action of the cyclooxygenase enzymes and so reduce prostaglandin levels.
Enough Glutathione levels in the liver also help balance excess Oestrogen feeding tumour like fibroid, ovarian cyst, ectopic pregnancy etc. Maintaining good Glutathione levels also help prevent occurrences of such disorders.
Heavy flow called menorrhagia as been linked to excess Oestrogen and inadequate progesterone. Progesterone works on the uterine tissues to help prevent excess blood loss.
Supplementing with these antioxidants will be of great help:
Omega 3's, Vitamin A&K (blood clott) helps maintain normal oestrogen levels. In take of broccoli increases progesterone levels in body.

*INTRODUCING CELLGEVITY*
*The ULTIMATE in Glutathione Enhancement*
Cellgevity gives your body the health and wellness support it deserves by providing the breakthrough compound RiboCeine and 12 other scientifically proven synergistic ingredients to enhance the production of glutathione and its vital role in supporting cellular function, removing harmful toxins, and neutralizing free radical damage in the body.
Cellgevity’s RiboCeine, a proprietary compound, has significantly outperformed all other means of glutathione enhancement against which it has been tested.
*_Glutathione- Your Body’s Miracle Molecule_*
Every cell in your body is assaulted by destructive agents such as free radicals, chemical toxins, heavy metals and radiation that damage the cell, inhibit optimum function and accelerate the aging process and the onset and progression of the diseases and issues associated with aging.
Glutathione is the master protector of the cell and defends the cell from these destructive agents.
Over 100,000 scientific studies and articles on Glutathione are recorded in PubMed, the official U.S. Government library of medical research.
Those articles reveal the remarkable role glutathione plays in the protection and function of every cell in the human body and the support of optimal health and function.
They also show the terrible consequences of low glutathione levels, and how those lower levels accelerate the aging process and increase vulnerability to the issues of aging.
*GLUTATHIONE (THE MASTER ANTIOXIDANT) AND REVERSES CHRONIC AILMENTS*
According to the World Health Organization (W.H.O), every individual passes through three Zones of life.
_Vibrant Zone (from age 0 – 25);_
_Tired zone (from age 26-50)._
_The sick zone (from age 50 and above)._
When you are within the _Vibrant Zone (age 0-25),_ your glutathione level is usually very high, your cells are still vibrant and active.
But as you age into the _tired zone (from age 26-50),_ your glutathione level begins to decline and you will begin to notice some symptoms like general body tiredness, poor sexual performance, inability to sleep well, etc.
If proper care is not taking, the person will go into the sick zone with life threatening health challenges like cancer, diabetes, stroke, hypertension, ulcer, arthritis, glaucoma, Kidney/ liver disease, etc
_*Use Cellgevity & Activate your body healing power now* ._
*What's Cellgevity all about?*
The supplement enhances glutathione production in the body which its deficiency is responsible for almost all disease known to science.
And glutathione depletion is caused by oxidative stress (free radicals) in the body.
Once there is an increase in the production of glutathione the body recovers the ability to heal itself from any ailment.

*DO YOU KNOW THAT MOST INFERTILITY ISSUES ARE CAUSED BY MEN?!*
Are u shocked? Don't be.
There is a common misconception that fertility issues are usually due to an issue with the female, but this is not the case.
What we know is that s***m health, in general, is declining. S***m counts have dropped more than 50% in less than 40 years
There is also another misconception that men can create children at any age. It is often thought that if a man has fathered a child, that he is ‘fertile’ and will be able to do so again no matter his age.
But research shows that aging affects s***m quality, making it harder to achieve a pregnancy and increasing the risk of miscarriage.
Well this doesn’t mean that older men aren’t able to be fathers, it just means that aging can bring challenges and that for many older man, the effort that is needed to improve s***m health and fertility, will be much greater than for younger men.
However, younger men can have fertility challenges and regardless, there is a lot that can improve s***m and male fertility, with the correct advice.
*Why does s***m health decline with age?*
It is commonly understood (and backed up by science) that a major reason for declining fertility is due to a rise in chromosomal abnormalities in woman’s eggs (referred to as poor egg quality).
What is less often talked about is that chromosomal abnormalities in the s***m, caused by mutations in the s***m - *oxidative stress* .
Another reason for the age-related s***m health decline is that the longer that someone has lived on the planet earth, the more that they have been exposed to chemicals, toxic substances, radiation, plus poor quality food and water.
So for a man who is trying to conceive in his 50-60s, he might have had double the exposure than someone in their 30s, depending on the lifestyle that he has led.
We also know that as people age, they have a reduced absorption of nutrients from their food. This can be due to reduced metabolic function, which requires them to have a reric intake, reduced gut health or interactions with medications.
The healthy intake of key nutrients is essential for s***m health, so this reduced absorption of vitamins and minerals can be detrimental to s***m health.
We also know from a number of studies that one of the reasons why women are having babies later is because men are sometimes slow to support the idea.🤔
My hope is that if this information about age-related declining s***m health becomes common knowledge, men will begin to prepare themselves for starting a family earlier, just as women do.
Even testing s***m health early on in the process of planning to have a family, can buy time to help improve s***m early and reduce the chance that s***m health is only investigated after trying unsuccessful for some time.
The test is quick and easy and relatively painless for most men and may reduce the need for the female partner to have costly and invasive testing.
To improve s***m quality due to an age-related decline, the treatment is similar to that of improving age-related egg quality issues.
*Improving s***m production involves the following steps:*
*_Detoxification_*
Work to stimulate the detoxification pathways in the body and clear out accumulation of chemicals.
It’s not unreasonable to expect that it might take 3-6 months of detoxification treatment with a healthy diet and lifestyle, plus supplements to clean up the body.
The 3-6 months of preconception treatment can then begin after this detoxification has been successful, which will focus on increasing the health of the s***m.
Glutathione is the most powerful antioxidant in the body, the superdetoxifier. So raising it with cellgevity guarantees 300% in the body.
*_Improve mitochondrial function_*
Our bodies are all made up of tiny little cells. Muscle cells, nerve cells, skin cells, brain cells, kidney cells … you get the picture. All the cells in your body contain mitochondria.
Mitochondria are your cells source of power – their ‘batteries’. They provide your cells with the energy they need to function. Mitochondria provide your body with energy by converting the food you eat into a form of energy (known as ATP) that your cells can use.
In the case of s***m cells, mitochondria’s most important function is in motility which is the ability of the s***m to move properly through the female reproductive tract to reach and fertilise the woman’s egg.
During the production of energy which involves combustion of oxygen, free radicals are generated.
For the production of energy to continue effectively, glutathione must be available in sufficient amount, If not the body will slow down the production of energy in order to guide against cell death or reduce cell death.
And that leads to weakness and low motility rate in men.
So boosting glutathione levels with cellgevity increases the motility rate by enhancing the production of Atp - cellular energy.
*_Reduce oxidation_*
Oxidative stress occurs in the body when there are not enough antioxidants in your body to mop up free radicals.
These free radicals cause damage to your cells and may be a significant reason why s***m cells become damaged.
Free radicals are formed naturally in the body during energy production, so we can’t avoid this, however free radicals also come from external sources, which we can avoid.
These include drinking alcohol and coffee, smoking ci******es and exposure to environmental pollutants which include air pollution, chemicals in cleaning products and personal care products, radiation from electronic devices, solar radiation from the sun, and so on
Numerous antioxidants have proven beneficial in treating male infertility, such as vitamin C, vitamin E, glutathione and coenzyme Q10 Antioxidants are also found in fruit, vegetables and wholefoods.
Healthy diet and lifestyle plus supplementation and Acupuncture
Acupuncture, as well as specific botanical medicines, are documented in several studies as having a positive effect on s***m parameters.
A multifaceted therapeutic approach to improving male fertility involves identifying harmful environmental and occupational risk factors, while correcting underlying nutritional imbalances to encourage optimal s***m production and function.
A number of nutritional therapies are shown to improve s***m counts and s***m motility, including carnitine, arginine, zinc, selenium, and vitamin B12 .
Taking supplements like Cellgevity and Max Nfuse ensures your body gets the right nutrients to combat oxidative stress.
*Some other simple practice that can help increase your s***m health.*
Reduce your exposure to free radicals
Limit your intake of caffeine and alcohol
Avoid sugar
Change your personal care and cleaning products to natural brands
Invest in a good quality water filter
Stay away from fried food
Be safe in the sun – moderate amounts of sun exposure are important for Vitamin D, but don’t let yourself fry
Avoid smoking
Reduce stress
If you live in the city, spend some time outside in nature – air pollution is a major source of free radicals, so do yourself a favor and head to the bush and breathe in some clean fresh air once in awhile.
Increase your intake of antioxidants
Try to eat some high-antioxidant foods every day. Doctors recommend two fruit and five vegetables daily.
Flavonoids are antioxidants and are found in the skin of brightly colored fruit and vegetables such as berries, cherries, carrots, tomatoes and green leafy vegetables.
Switch your coffee and black tea for healthy drinks such as herbal teas, fresh juices and smoothies.
Use fresh herbs and spices in your cooking. If your food smells good and fragrant, it’s more likely that it will be high in antioxidants, too. Try herbs and spices like turmeric, cinnamon, basil, oregano, parsley and ginger.
Take high quality supplements.
Aim for 6-8 hours of good quality sleep per night. Melatonin is a powerful antioxidant and is released in the body in peak amounts when it’s dark and begins at around 9-10 at night. That’s right – hit the sack early and your free radicals will be mopped up while you sleep!
Use your energy wisely
It’s important not to use up all of your energy reserves each day, so that you still have some left for repairing your body at night. A useful rule of thumb is to try and only use up 75% of your energy each day.
Exercise. Regular exercise has so many benefits – stress management, increased circulation, better moods, blood-sugar regulation and muscle toning. Try to get active for 30 minutes most days of the week.*DO YOU KNOW THAT MOST INFERTILITY ISSUES ARE CAUSED BY MEN?!*
