Hello, Hi friends,

Tis' been a while since I've reached out, and well, I've been kinda stalling with this one.

December 31, 2025, will be my last day at Arlington Chiropractic and as an RMT. I am officially retiring, heading into the new year.

This has not been easy to act on, but I have been considering this for some time now. I know this is right for me, my family, and our futures.

Thank you for trusting me with your health and wellness journeys. I am grateful to have met and worked with so many awesome coworkers and clients. Thank you for your support and for keeping me busy.

Hello, hi Friends,

I know I’m a few weeks late into the year with wishing everyone a happy new year. But Happy New Year!!!

The last few months of last year were a bit chaotic personally and I was doing everything I could to be present professionally. Thank you to all my clients who made it easy to be here for you. I’m taking it slow, watching my footing, stepping into 2025, but I’m happy to be here.

With that said, there have been some schedule changes to hopefully help accommodate your schedule a bit better. I’m back at 5 days a week for the time being.

Tuesday + Thursday 10am-5pm
Wednesday 1pm-7pm
Friday 10am-4pm
Saturdays 10am-3pm

I offer 30min, 45min, 60min, 75min*, and 90min* time slots. All I ask is when booking for 75 and 90mins, please ask for Monique (our lovely receptionist) to have the times booked for you. To book, please call 204-783-8474. Other ways of booking can be through our text line 431-813-0862 or our online booking link that can be found in my bio.

Last but never least, If you don’t have insurance but are wanting to try or are needing a massage, please reach out to me or Monique to inquire about my monthly special.
60 mins for $50 once a month. The special is NOT for those who have benefits and cannot be submitted to insurance companies.
