Our company began by providing controls engineering support to Ford Motor company Essex engine plant for new model launch. At that time Ford required engineering support to start-up the machinery, equipment, and robots used in all areas of machining and engine assembly. ATS was also requested to provide engineering support to Chryslers Windsor Minivan Plant to assist with new model vehicle launch.

We have completed many advanced manufactured system projects in automotive, including BIW, metal stamping, welding, laser cutting, machine tending, power train, dispense, material handling and assembly, sonic knife, sonic welding, polishing, paint and others. ATS has the experience and track record to get the job done.
