The common denominator in effective treatment is ATTENTION.
Attention to the sensation of our movement, the movement of our thoughts, feelings and emotions.
Dr. Feldenkrais developed his method as a way of using movement to increase our self awareness.
We begin to notice when we are creating or trying to push through resistance, how we can find greater ease within ourselves, or in other words, eliminate dis-ease.

The problem occurs when we deny, numb and distract.
This pent-up energy in the body literally makes us sick.
It is possible to learn, identify, and release these constrictions within ourselves.
