Their success was attributed to their relentless work ethic and creative ability to do things a little differently. Once the pandemic hit, the two parted ways but remained close friends. Out of necessity, Scotty began writing custom wedding songs to support his career while living in Nashville. When the two reunited and talked over dinner, they saw the market potential for creating personalized songs, not just for weddings but all occasions, thus inspiring Songheart.
