The Hemlock Barn

With a heavy heart I’m hear to let every one no the hemlock barn will be shutting down permanently. We are having a garage(barn) sale so to speak. Everything must go. I appreciate every one who stuck by me and supported my business over the last five years. I’ll miss all of you more then you know. I did my absolute best to try and stay open. The barn meant the world to me and I’m sad to see it go. But I’m optimistic there will be a new venture equity fulfilling as this was. I learned so much about food, business, community and most importantly people. In 2018 I created The Golden Horseshoe Hospitality Group, witch for all intents and purposes was the Hemlcok burger bar. 2019 the catering started and i quickly s secured a truck. 2020 I was fortunate enough to be rebranding to the barn. 2021 the stable was moving from concept to reality. 2023 it all fell apart around me. If you need anything restaurant related please get in touch. Everything must go, before the 30! And I could really use the help! I appreciate you all thank you again.

I am aware that the service at Hemlock has been subpar, and the food hasn’t been coming out with the love and attention at once did. I would like to apologize to everybody I was had any experience at Hemlock for the two months. I have been going through a really dark time in my life, and haven’t been a strong leader or owner. There is truly no excuse and I know I have dropped the ball several times. I take full ownership as my staff can only work as well as I can lead them to. I really wanna thank all our loyal guest further love, support, and patience. I appreciate you all. I want to thank the dedicated staff that have also been patient with me and help me get to the other side. We’ve taken a second to regroup, and we will be opening back up with the passion and desire that we originally had. Im far from perfect but I will be doing my best to lead my team to provide you all the the best experiences we can offer. I will do my best to make sure you all leave happy, heard, and fed. Hemlock is more then just a burger spot, and more then just a restaurant. We are a community of people who support each other and try to give back. And I lost sight of all that for a little moment. That won’t happen again. See you all soon.

Back to the grind! Open today at 2:00 and regular hours starting tomorrow!

Currently waiting for approval on our new gas water heater. Hopefully open for a late breakfast, or for sure lunch! We will keep you posted.

We are having some issues we are working on upstairs in the barn over the weekend. So we will be serving out the hemlock truck, the downstairs hemlock stable will be open, and our patio is out!
