Vienna Waits
We’re dedicated to helping people take the wheel in their lives, live with intention, and discover their own ‘Vienna.’ Through inspiring stories, transformative retreats, and dynamic programs, we guide individuals on a journey to design a life they love.
What happens when two people decide not to follow the traditional path? 👣
We sit down with Drew and Sarah Butterworth to talk about building businesses, raising a family, pursuing meaningful work, and creating a life that aligns with who you are.
From Drew's journey of leaving a corporate career to build goodvibes juice co. into a nationally recognized brand, to Sarah's path from professional performer to founder of one of Canada's leading talent agencies, this conversation is full of honest insights about ambition, risk, and what it really takes to build something from the ground up. ✍🏼

If you’re building something right now, here’s your reminder:
Feeling unsure doesn’t mean you’re doing it wrong.
We’ve questioned ideas.
Changed directions.
Had things work.
Had things flop.
Had weeks where we felt unstoppable and weeks where we wondered what the hell we were doing.
Turns out that’s pretty normal.
A few lessons we’ve picked up along the way 👉
Which slide resonates most with you?
Starting a business is realizing every 6 months how dumb you were 6 months ago.
The funny part is... that's actually a good sign. ✅🧠
Growth has a way of making your old ideas look small. What felt like the right answer a year ago might make you laugh today, and that's because you've learned, adapted, and kept going. 📝
Building something isn't about getting it right the first time. It's about being willing to learn faster than your mistakes.
If you're cringing at who you were 6 months ago, congratulations.
You're probably growing. 🕺🏼

What's your number? 🤔
Not what you earn. Not what you spend.
What's the amount you actually need to live the life you want? 💰
In our latest blog, we explore a concept called "flipping the arrow of money", using money as a tool to support the work and life you love, rather than making it the goal.
When you know your number, decisions become a whole lot clearer. 💭

One of the hardest parts of building something is realizing that not everyone will get it. 💌
Some people will support you.
Some won’t.
Some people will think you’re wasting your time and wondering if you’ve lost your mind.
And sometimes the people you expected to be your biggest supporters won’t show up the way you hoped they would.
That part sucks.
But building something meaningful was never about getting everyone’s approval. 🫶🏼
It’s about having the courage to keep going anyway.
To keep betting on yourself even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed.
Because the people who need what you’re building are out there.
Find them. Focus on them.
The rest is noise.

The downside of working with your spouse: constant distractions. 🏃🏽♀️🤪
But somehow, we always get the work done. 🤝

Running a business with your partner sounds romantic... until you're voice-noting each other business ideas from opposite ends of the house, accidentally turning every date night into a staff meeting, and hearing "I just thought of something..." for the sixth time that day. 😂
The funny thing is, we wouldn't have it any other way.
Building Vienna Waits together means we get to share the ideas, the excitement, the challenges, the wins, and the occasional whiteboard session that starts with one quick thought and somehow takes over the entire evening.
We get to build something we care deeply about with someone we genuinely love spending time with.
That's pretty f*ing cool. 💃🕺
