Facebook seperates too much and forgets to give notifications if you're signed into one and not the other half. Business accounts require two accounts a basic account and business account which has two separate messaging tabs but can only be logged into one at a time on FB! So if I ever read a message on the basic account no notification comes through the business messages. Vice versa.

Use Insta or call the shop.
