It's officially live! Stress Less in 90 Days: Your Guide to Beat Burnout, Build Resilience and Actually Enjoy Your Daily Life is live in the world. This is the book I wish I'd had when I was BURNT OUT seven years ago.
I designed it so that you don't get overwhelmed in the process of stressing less - these are tangible, achievable steps over the course of three months to build resilience and lasting stress management.

Because green smoothies and workouts don't solve everything.
Anxiety, depression, postpartum, prenatal depression - I've had them all. I used to feel a lot of shame around medication because it felt like I 'should' be able to manage my mental health through other means. It doesn't help when so called wellness influencers perpetuate that BS.
Sometimes I need them, sometimes I don't, but rest assured there ain't no shame in my mental health meds game.
Do what works for YOU in your mental health management. Get the help you need, whatever that looks like. And if someone is trying to shame you, that's their insecurity talking. Take good care of yourself.
