While these session are structured, it will not be like going to a spa. I will come to you and pamper you in your own home. If you are dealing with something heavy emotionally, we will work together in your safe space. This helps open mind doors as you are already more at ease. I bring all the supplies needed for these session, including a massage table for your relaxation and comfort as well as the ease of my back. All I need from you is enough space to set up and move around the table and access to a sink and warm/hot water. What is reiki you may ask...
reiki is an energy healing technique. The direct translation is "life force energy" but I like to think of it as love. As the practitioner I channel the reiki energy into your energy field and body, then you use the reiki to clear energy blocks, release energetic emotions that are no longer serving you as well as creating increased circulation which can aid in pain relief, stress relief and accelerated healing. Also within these session we work through a very honest and vulnerable dialogue to explore and challenge perspectives that may be limiting to you. Heres the kicker... you control these sessions and what you put in you will get out. I may ask you to explore changing habits, ideas, and patterns. It may not be easy but we can work together to create these changes. I can't fix it for you, but I can support you while you do. Oh, and how do you feel about foot rubs? Reflexology is a relaxing foot rub that is hands down the best stress reliever I have found. The science states that the feet have points that correspond to all the organs of the body. By stimulating these points on the feet, we increase circulation and in turn oxygenation to those areas of the body. The result is deep relaxation, less muscle tension, reduction in pain, and accelerated healing. Do you like abstract art? Would you like to see yourself portrayed in vibrant colours, with hidden images and meanings peeking out? I can do that for you. I work in 3 different mediums, chalk pastel, acrylic paint and oil paint. All are vibrant and can illuminate different aspects of your energetic make up in the moment. These paintings are also great for setting energetic intentions and meditating with. Its like infusing yourself with all the best aspects of you. As well as support for growth, change and awareness.
