by being active, or sedentary … CONSISTENTLY … ESPECIALLY after middle-age
Determines whether or not we remain healthy, or are at high risk of a chronic disease symptom, or worse.
SO PLAY TRICK ON YOUR OWN BRAIN … by being consistently active.
play regularly on the physical stage … WHATEVER IT IS that you prefer that gets your HR up, and circulation going

How easy would it be to lose 15 pounds of fat a year?
Very.
SKIP ONLY HALF A SNACK A DAY.
We’re talking about the equivalent of HALF a donut, or HALF a muffin.
What’s the energy math behind this?
-150 calories X 365 days a year / 3500 calories per pound = 15.6 lbs of fat burned
OK, FULL DISCLOSURE.
It’s NEVER this easy, as your environment, personal values, personal activity levels, social networks, news, media, economics and physiology ALL play a part in what you do.
HOWEVER this is an example of how “ ” works, and although this is a relatively simple example, it IS an example of HOW BABY STEPS towards a healthier lifestyle …
ones that YOU PREFER and that only involves SMALL TWEAKS to what you do each day, can make a HUGE DIFFERENCE in your life.

Humans wandered this earth for more than 3 billion years.
And suddenly, we’re not facing starvation, being hunted, worried about famine, nor the cold.
For the first time ever, there is too much to eat, and no one capable of eating us.
Our ancestors ran for their lives for millions of years, searching for food, storing it up in their bodies against the certainty of drought, ice and potential starvation.
Then, in just over one generation, all that was gone.
The fundamental law of creation, or what actually shaped human evolution, was gone.
And ... what has this shift caused?
Amongst other things, it has brought about a GLOBAL CHRONIC DISEASE EPIDEMIC.
So the question is … what was the big change, within this shift, which caused it?
What do we need to do to stay healthy?
