Keep It Local Victoria

I don’t like to get too ahead of myself in January, but it’s hard when start popping up in stores like . For now I’ve just got a tray of microgreens going, and a mason jar of sprouts to keep the itch in check. Although, how’s the time to start planning and thinking about what seeds you want to start in the next month or two.

I don’t know if many people realize this, but planting local seeds over any old seed packet because year after year seeds will adapt to their climate and growing conditions yielding better results.
