And those of you who know me truly get why I’m actually not woo at all 😯

I think it’s because spiritual practice is like any kind of health practice. Eg: if I’m going to go to the gym it’s so I can function so much better in my life.

And it’s the same for spiritual path of shamanism and animism that I so love to share.

It’s a path to help you find CLARITY so you can trust yourself as you navigate this complex world.

It’s a path to regulate your nervous system and get GROUNDED with the Earth so you can feel at peace, sleep better, relate more intimately.

It’s a path to remember your inner landscape and your ANCESTORS so you can stay connected to the wonder, magic and mystery of life.
