Havyn Hot is a group of boutique fitness studios in Vancouver BC that focuses on breath, core and flow... Classes are all-levels, and are sweaty, flowy and rhythmic. We encourage our students to take the classes at their own pace, and emphasize modifications and feeling the poses rather than just "doing" the poses. We encourage everyone and anyone to give us a try, if not just for an introductory pass, to really understand the countless benefits of Modo.
