Another successful touring down.

After four years it’s still always exciting to see what our community is able to put together. The builds and re-specs were top-notch, It’s amazing to watch everyone evolve their builds year after year.

Big thanks to everyone that put in the work to create something special and endure the less than ideal weather for our big night.

Acquisition of a new base!

I had many people ask me why I sold the Butame, and this is why! After many months scouring the world to find my dream car, found a this beautiful laurel! The only complication is that it was in Western Norway. As expected, shipping options from Norway to Canada were quite limited so we began to plan a route to get the car home to Canada.

After selling most of my belongings and months of planning we made our way to Bergen Norway where the car had been stored for the last 10 years. The seller Martin was very accommodating and was kind enough to get the car through inspection and registration, loan us a car to run errands with and offer us a place to work on the car to prepare it for the long journey to Amsterdam.

After a number of small repairs we met with , a long time internet friend. This was our first time meeting, He ended up being one hell of a tour guide on this trip.
