The Bayshore Drive After & Before 🏙️✨

Following up on our recent post! Here are the dramatic after and before photos of this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom Coal Harbour condo transformation. We are leading with the finished, high-impact results, but swipe through to see the original space we started with!

Working in collaboration with SMC Interior Design, every detail was engineered for precision.

What sets this build apart:

📍 Architectural Surfaces: In the after photos, you can see how we utilized Dekton stone throughout—from the kitchen and vanities to the complete wrap of the master tub.

📍 Bespoke Millwork: We replaced dated, traditional cabinetry with custom flat-panel millwork throughout, including the kitchen and the expansive walk-in closets.

📍 High-Performance Living: We flawlessly integrated luxury appliances and modern technology into the clean lines of the design.

📍 The Spa Evolution: The after and before comparison of the bathrooms is striking, featuring custom frameless glass, large-format tiling, and integrated floor heating for ultimate comfort. 🚿🌡️

Elevating the outdoor experience, one step at a time. 🪜✨

We just wrapped up this stunning outdoor project in heart of Kerrisdale, and the details truly make the difference. We utilized TimberTech advanced PVC for the treads and their Frontier for the stringer skirts to ensure weather-resistant durability that looks beautiful year-round, paired with sleek stainless steel cable railings to keep the sightlines open and modern.

Design Details:
• Double-Wide Steps: We custom-designed these treads to be two boards deep (approx. 11 inches). This adds significant comfort and safety, giving you a solid, spacious footing with every step.
• Integrated Lighting: Safety meets ambiance. We installed Lumenstar step lights flush to the step nosing to guide the way and create a warm, inviting glow after sunset. 🌙

• Custom Seating: To maximize functionality without cluttering the deck, we built custom benches that seamlessly match the decking profile—perfect for lounging or entertaining.
