“No Cancer”…incredible words to kick off the new year, hello 2024! For those who weren’t in the know, I was diagnosed with a tumour in my salivary gland early in the year. The one that in time, can turn, however thanks to ♥️, it was noticed early, and finally removed Dec 11. The scar is now fading and this Xmas flu is slowly dissipating, so today I got back on my for a killer boot camp workout and shed some ugly tears, it felt amazing.

2023 went by fast, it was a full year of no alcohol, (17 months now). I focused on my family and health first, and still managed to grow my business a little too.
2024 will be much of the same, focusing on being present, authentic, and thankful. As I take a moment to reflect, I feel extremely fortunate to have such an incredibly supportive network of family & friends. I’m grateful for so many things, and so many of you, and wish you all a 2024 filled with love, peace, and true happiness. Happy New Year 🌟
