A great day on the water 🦀

organized a three day Summit with activities that took people out of the typical conference hall to connect more deeply with one another and spark creativity.

We went out with who spoke about the sustainability of the crab fishery and provided some education about Dungeness crab and the local ecosystem.

It was a great honour to hear from about the importance and urgency of protecting the ocean and creating fairness in the local seafood and fishing industry. 🎣

Last week we had the pleasure of creating the menu for Vol.3 💫 at studio.

Our culinary director and chef created dishes using our quality seafood with fall flavours in mind.
