3 Productivity Tips that you wish you knew sooner!

Running a business with kids and managing the household is no joke. Where do you find time in your day to do it all?

These productivity tips will help!

✨ Time block your week out starting with your non-negotiable appointments (dropping the kids off at school/picking them up, exercise/self-care, medical appointments, etc). The rest of the day needs to be intentional with client work/CEO work.
✨ Set goals or intentions for the week and each day choose 3 of those to COMPLETE. This will keep you on track for the bigger goals + you will feel really accomplished for completing the tasks rather than having multiple half-completed tasks that cause unnecessary stress
✨ Set reasonable expectations for the day and practice self-compassion when things don’t go quite according to plan. At the end of the day your family comes first and you started your business as a Virtual Assistant to have the flexibility to adjust when something goes sideways. Be kind to yourself and restructure your next day to accommodate the work that didn’t get done the day before.

We often do these without hesitation but when it comes to investing in ourselves or business there is a mental wall that goes up and stops us. Why? Because it is uncharted territory & our brain is trying to protect us from the unknown.
💫 "My business is a priority to me and I will do what it takes in order to make this happen". You have to decide that this business is a priority to you. A program or coach can help provide support and guidance but if you are not ready to fit it into your schedule and make the time for it, then it will have a very hard time to grow and evolve.

By shifting your perspective & mindset from a fixed mindset -> a growth mindset so many more opportunities will start coming your way and your business will start flourishing right before your eyes!
