ANC's prefabricated building system enabled a precise, responsive, and efficient approach to a project with a tight timeline, during the summer months, while the school was closed. Site work began in June, with installation and occupancy complete at the beginning of September, just in time for the school year to begin. The Everlasting Tree School showcases efficiency without compromising quality or functionality and was awarded the Best Permanent Modular Institutional Build in the World in 2023.

At ANC, we’re making room for what’s next. A 40,000 sq. ft. expansion of our facility is underway, increasing our production space to 180,000 sq. ft., giving our team the space and capacity to take on more projects and bigger builds ahead.

A major milestone on the move

ANC has officially shipped its largest module to date for NAV CANADA’s Kingston Digital Facility, bringing Canada’s first modular-built digital air traffic facility one step closer to reality.

This shipment marks an important stage in a custom modular build that combines standard modular construction with specially designed components to meet the facility’s unique layout and operational needs.
