Let's talk real numbers for a second. 👇
The average cost to get a kid into hockey for their first year? About $4,000. Registration, skates, pads, a stick, team fees... it stacks up fast, and for a lot of Calgary families, that's enough to say "maybe next year."
On All Sport One Day, that total is $0. Every kid gets to lace up, try the sport, and see if it's theirs. No gear to buy, no fees to pay, no excuses needed.
This is what we mean when we say sport should be for everyone. Not just the families who can afford the gear bag.
