LIDA Homes is registered with the B.C. Home Protection Office and is a registered new home builder. Our new home warranty provider is Pacific Home Warranty. TRANSPARENCY:

LIDA Homes charges a fee based upon a percentage of budgeted construction costs and is guaranteed once the scope of the project is known. All labour and materials are billed at cost. Once a month we prepare a detailed statement outlining payables and budget updates for your approval.
