It's amazing how many conversations this bike starts and how many people dream of doing the same. Just do it, but be smart about it. For me it's not only a hobby, but a tool. You never know what doors you may open.

MINDSET
If you think you can't, you're right. If you think you can, you're right. Your thoughts carve the basis of your existence. That's why it's important to choose your words wisely. We all remember that catch phrase growing up: "Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words will never hurt me"...but I think we all know that's not entirely true.

If you fill your mind with negativity... it will manifest itself and vice-versa. I encourage you to remove these and any other limiting or counterproductive words from your vocabulary and watch your mood, productivity and environment change for the better.

Hate - Love

Just remember throughout the process to give yourself grace. Not every day is going to be perfect and you will struggle as I do from time to time because, well... we're human.
