This new coach house in Coquitlam is officially taking shape! 🏗️

We are back on-site checking out the incredible progress of our latest build. After tearing down a really old, outdated garage, we have framed our way up to some seriously impressive heights.

Rough-ins started: Electrical and plumbing work is actively underway.
Weatherproofing on: Tyvek wrap is going up to seal the exterior.

Smart layout: Spaces include a two-car garage, a separate one-car garage, and a dedicated workshop.

Permit approved for one of Burnaby’s largest laneways!

We’ve officially started work: crew on site has removed the sun deck and adjusted the setback to meet power-pole and permitting requirements.

This two-storey laneway is huge, and the family is excited to collaborate on finishes while Taylor finalizes interiors and Steve’s team finishes the main residence deck.
