In case you needed some reassurance…
You’re not alone
Here are some tips that helped me go from burnt out struggling business owner to a calm happy digital business and mindset coach for burnt out women…
1. Practice gratitude every day, journal in the morning and set your intentions and what you’re grateful for
2. Grow your mindset and reprogram your belief systems, every experience is an opportunity for growth and learning so focus on the growth not failures
3. Set goals for yourself, and hold yourself accountable by reviewing your goal progress. Use a habit tracker or ask for an accountability partner if you’re in a community that supports that! (Mine does!)
4. Visualization is one of the most powerful tools in manifestation and helping you achieve your goals. I do this before bed every night, visualize you with your goals achieved as your best self, feel those feelings.
5. Ask for help, hire a coach, join a community. In order to get out of burn out you have to take action and get uncomfortable, this moves you to another level of consciousness, growth, and abundance. I love my communities, mentors, and support I have that helps me learn and grow daily.
