For all the young parents out there…..

I have been really curious the past few years on the impacts of fear and anxiety in our lives, and on our interactions with our kids. Especially since becoming a parent, having to suddenly move, overcoming a nervous breakdown, and then changing careers. I’ve had a lot of stressors going on.

I’ve done my research and have been learning a ton about techniques to use to not just overcome but heal our anxiety, fears, and more. That way you feel more peace and can be a more present parent.
