Any cost effective ideas on how to make this toilet space “separate”

It’s so weird to me that it’s completely open and right by the sink 😵‍💫

Not sure how much of a hack this is but I didn’t fancy paying £40 for lights in the pax wardrobe but really wanted them! I spotted a motion sensor no-drill energizer light in b&m for £12. So much easier to install! Apparently lasts around 3 months before recharging. Would prefer a warmer light but can’t complain for £12.
