Starting off Opening Night with a bang and getting the girls together is Ralph! A Q***r Toronto-born singer-songwriter, long known for her sleek blend of disco, pop, and emotional candour, with 70M streams attached to her name. She is preparing to release her most personal and creatively ambitious project yet: Love Nouveau, her second full-length album, due this year.
Rooted in a newfound sense of self and love, Love Nouveau reflects a major shift in perspective. Now in a committed q***r relationship, Ralph approaches the idea of love—and her relationships with career, family, fans, and herself—through a new lens. The result is a bold, artful body of work that balances glossy pop aesthetics with deeply human storytelling. It’s intimate, cinematic, and fearless.
Sonically, the album is shaped by collaborator Mike Tompa and producer-arranger Will Lamoureux (JENNIE, Faouzia), alongside a cast of top-tier Toronto writers and producers. Together, they’ve crafted a moodboard that expands RALPH’s world without losing the emotional core that has defined her from the start. Love Nouveau marks not just a return—but a rebirth. It’s a statement of identity, a celebration of q***rness, and the beginning of a bold new era for one of Canada’s most distinctive voices in pop.
