A bit 'hidden', but definitely a treasure. Are you in the area? This cafe is no more than 5 minutes along the Donway West from Don Mills. The proprietor is a wonderful man, service plus. Food and ambience is always great. Stop by... Experience it for yourself, or take it away with you.

Whether someone with several hats in the business ring, or somebody like myself who has a very small business and who teaches college students, we have to work in time for fitness. I struggled through a small run today of approximately 2.5 k, but I am happy just to have gotten out there on a very sunny day, and faced up to the elements (0* C, with a windchill of -6* C).
