Urbacon renovated more than 700 luxury signature rooms and adjacent corridors over nine floors at the iconic Fairmont Royal York Hotel in the heart of downtown Toronto.

The complete renovation involved demolition and abatement, a complete replacement of mechanical and electrical systems, and new high-quality fixtures and finishes -- all while the hotel remained fully operational.

The festivities continue with National Ugly Sweater Day and Urbacon’s annual adopt-a-family and adopt-a-senior initiatives. We are proud to be part of the Leslieville community and thrilled to be able to make our adopted families’ holidays a little brighter.
