Are you paying £17,000 more than you need to? Some operators are!
If your software uses a payment provider to generate and manage invoices, that provider typically charges extra for it, on top of standard payment processing fees. Most operators don't know it's happening.
We ran the numbers for a 1,000-customer UK portfolio at £120 average monthly charge. The difference between a setup where the payment provider handles invoicing and one where your PMS handles it natively (like Storeganise) comes out to £16,992 a year. The bulk of that is provider-side billing and invoicing fees alone.
