Well it only took 7 years in the making to have a professional family picture done. What took so long? Honestly, not sure but someone suggested that maybe we were waiting for Philly to make the family complete.

Spent the weekend with this amazing group of women for Trauma Sensitive Training. I am very excited to pass along mindfulness to trauma effected communities.

I love yoga no matter where I practice. At home, at a studio or outside. But I now have a new found appreciation for the beauty in the simplest things outside that I may have never stop to notice. The sounds...the colors....the smells.... all beautiful. Slow down once in a while and look around you....you don't want to miss anything.
