What it means to me to be a Holistic Life Coach.

I've always been very spiritual person (even when it wasn't "cool"). I accredit my parents for having a wide scope of awareness, understanding a love for humanity and sharing those values with myself and my two brothers.

Holistic Life Coaching is a new accolade for me, as I recently obtained my certification. I took the course to compliment my already existing Spiritual Guidance Program, which I have been running for almost five years (in an official capacity).

What I found is that the holistic approach includes four main pillars; physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. In my program, I include all four facets to create fullness in one's life however, I realized that I have also been including one other very important over-arching ingredient that I believe is key to achieving and sustaining success when taking about having complete wellness.

That magic component is awareness of energy and the ability to use our intuition.
This piece is an absolute must. We need to understand what energy we are brining to the table if we want to see real growth and we need to understand the role our energy plays and why.

So far, coaching has been a great experience and I definitely appreciate the value in it. I truly believe we all need someone in our corner supporting our growth. At the end of the day, we need to understand ourselves better and that requires a bit of dedication to loving ourselves. Something that's intrinsically hard for us humans to do since we haven't been taught on how to.

My dream is to change that in any way I can. I provide intuitive and practical insights to help my clients heal from traumas, to understand their thoughts and the energy behind them. And, I provide them with tools to address hard growth opportunities and to go forward in life with the type of healthy energy that promotes the manifestion of their dreams.
