Slow down - Take a few moments to centre yourself, simple stretches, deep and conscious breathing and some meditation.

Hydrate - Have a glass of water first thing in the morning. Keep sipping throughout the day.

Move your body - take a walk, run, do yoga, workout at the gym - whichever method you prefer to get your body moving.

Intention - Take a few minutes to journal your intentions or goals for the day.

Eat a healthy breakfast or continue fasting if you only eat later in the day.
