Remembering Prophet Muhammad on his birthday, Mawlid, involves sending blessings and peace upon him through prayers and readings, such as salawat. Muslims may also celebrate by giving charity, engaging in reflection on his character and the teachings of Islam, participating in Dhikr (remembrance of Allah), and holding events at home or mosques to share knowledge and foster community. Decorations with green, the Prophet’s favorite color, and festive gatherings are also common ways to commemorate the occasion.
