Congratulations to our founder, Leslie Hilary, on being voted in as the new chapter President of CPRS Vancouver for the 2026-2027 term! 🎉👏
Fifteen years ago, Leslie walked out of a newsroom and into the world of PR, driven by a love of helping businesses connect with their audiences. Now she’s stepping into this role at a pivotal moment for the industry, one shaped by shifting media trust, the rise of AI and a communications landscape that’s evolving fast.
Her focus for the term ahead: helping .Vancouver lead rather than react. That means putting the human premium of our work first, championing ethics and trust, and treating connection and community as some of the highest-ROI strategies a business can invest in.
And a shoutout to her Hacker Communications team, Kass and Miguel, who couldn’t be prouder to see Leslie step into this role. We’re excited to watch what CPRS Vancouver builds under her leadership this year.
