We’re trained to believe that aging makes us less important.
It’s the opposite.
Aging makes us more relevant and valuable, our intelligence expands in new ways.
We live in a culture that treats aging like decline.
Especially for women. Especially for women who don’t stay quiet.
But here’s what I’ve learned after decades in politics, wellness, corporate life, and building movements:
Aging doesn’t diminish your relevance. It expands your intelligence.
Not the intelligence they measure in schools.
The intelligence that:
∙ Sees patterns across decades
∙ Holds contradictions without breaking
∙ Knows what matters and what’s performance
∙ Understands systems because you’ve moved through them
∙ Refuses binaries because you’ve lived the nuance
This is the intelligence they don’t want you to claim.
Because women with expanded intelligence are dangerous to systems built on our silence.
Midlife isn’t when you become irrelevant.
It’s when you become ungovernable.
And that—THAT—is when your real work begins.

Consciousness remains a mystery, and healing varies. Each of us experiences healing uniquely. Understanding these differences could unlock new perspectives.
