Hello Real Estate Investors! Due to a number of high priority projects in our pipeline CFP Group is looking for an investor(s) to take over our deal in Barrie, Ontario.

We have two semis (4 units) under contract that are currently tenanted but will be delivered vacant to us. The property requires some repairs and the best approach is to implement the purchase plus improvement strategy where the mortgage will be taken once the property is rehabbed and new tenants are in place. There is close to $100K in the equity alone in this deal!

The property is ideally located and is only steps away from a GO station. It might also be eligible for some incentives for repairs as part of a program run by the city of Barrie.

If required, CFP Group can assist the investor with renovations project management and placing the new tenants.
