Full Body Weights Circuit for at Home💪💪 Advanced Format — ***1C should be titled ‘Jack Knifes x10-15each side***
Any weights you have will do/you can always make these lighter or heavier depending on your equipment available/your fitness level
I’m using one or two 10lb dumbbells for all of these examples but you can use other weights, a backpack filled up, a grocery bag filled up, laundry detergent bottles etc... get creative!
