UTS!
We know how much we love new phones, and if you or your family have any old broken/not-in-use cell phones, iPods, or MP3 players, then you should bring them in to be recycled in the competition, hosted by the Jane Goodall Institute.
From now until April 22(Earth Day!) there will be a large bin in the main office where you can drop off any old electronic device(no laptops please) to be safely recycled. Just make sure if you have a SIM card you remove and keep it.
We are currently in competition with two other schools in Toronto to see who can produce the most weight in recycled devices. The winning school receives a cash prize (based on the total weight) and a personal message from Jane Goodall herself!
So let's get out there and recycle some phones:)
