There is truly nothing like the feeling of handing over house keys to a family, but my mission goes beyond real estate.
I’m also the founder of Move for Change, where every kilometer I run turns into a donation for charity. This year, I’m taking on my biggest challenge yet: my first 100K ultra marathon!

NOVEMBER MARKET UPDATE 📊

The latest numbers are in for the GTA, and here’s what we’re seeing compared to last November:

📉 Sales: Down 15.8%
📉 Prices: Down 6.4%
📉 New Listings: Down 4%

The uncertainty we’ve been experiencing continues, with buyers taking a cautious approach as we head into the holidays. This seasonal slowdown is typical – many sellers are either preparing for the spring market or taking their homes off the market until the new year.

But here’s the opportunity: With fewer buyers actively searching right now, there’s potential for motivated purchasers to find deals. We may be very close to the bottom of the price range, though we could see slight decreases over the next few months.

The good news? Employment growth is positive, and I’m optimistic we’ll see sales momentum build in 2026 as confidence returns to the market.

What a day with my brother . Our first Hyrox experience, and what a time it was. We push and supported each other through it all, and couldn’t have had a better partner to tackle this competition. Now he’s off to Chicago Marathon next week and I have 2 weeks out from TCS, we are locked in!!
