The ultimate goal of the program is to work-out with emphasis on carefully selected music and movements that synchronize the mind and body, and that result in burning calories fast (up to 1000 per 60 minute session). Through a creative blend of African and Caribbean dance moves, to such musical styles as soca, calypso, reggae, and steel pan, this feels more like dancing than exercising which makes the FUN inevitable.
